The 24/7 concierge at Iris Hotel was helpful and fluent in English. When our card key didn't work, they quickly replaced it. The free breakfast was a big plus, with a good variety of options. We felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Iris Hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay in Athens.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the train station just a short walk away, making it convenient for transportation. The staff at the reception were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a special mention to the fresh cherries which were a good addition.
there was some noise from the traffic outside, but it was expected and did not bother us much during our sleep.

Convenient location near train station, modern and clean. Helpful staff, even translating bus timetable for me. Simple but tasty breakfast. Great value for money with renovated rooms and excellent hospitality. Close to metro station for easy access to city sights.
