The 24/7 concierge at Iris Hotel was extremely helpful and fluent in English. When our card key didn't work, they quickly replaced it. The free breakfast was a big plus, with a good variety of options. We felt well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely recommend Iris Hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay in Athens.

Conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. It's literally next to the train station, so you don't have to worry about long walks or transportation. Plus, there's a supermarket close by, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.
The neighborhood might not have many touristy places like souvenir shops or tavernas, so if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, you might want to explore other areas.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the train station just a short walk away, making it convenient for transportation. the staff at the reception were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a special mention to the fresh cherries which were a delightful addition.
there was some noise from the traffic outside, but it was expected and did not bother us much during our sleep.

Convenient location near train station, modern and clean. Helpful staff, even translating bus timetable for me. Simple but tasty breakfast. Great value for money with renovated rooms and excellent hospitality. Close to metro station for easy access to city sights.
